I ordered these hats for my granddaughters 9th ooh lala party and was thrilled when I opened the box. The hats are felt but and are good quality (nicely made). Carnival Source's shipping was fast and whole process from finish to end was easy! Will be using again in the future!

This was my first purchase from Carnival Source, but they are definitely on my list of go-to's after my shipment came! The price seemed too good to be true after other searches online for similar products, but they are made with a good material and will work wonderfully for my teen's Art birthday party! I ordered enough for all of the girls and some moms too...I know they'll all want to get in the spirit of art with a beret! I was delighted with the customer experience with Carnival source. The delivery was fast and the product (black beret's) were exceptional quality for the price. The beret's run on the large size--definitely not a good fit for children. I will definitely be ordering more for my next Art Party!
