Are you Exempt from Sales Tax?


We are currently required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to California unless you are exempt from California sales tax.

 

If you are exempt from sales tax but see it being applied at checkout, please follow these steps prior to placing your order:

 

  1. Email us a copy of your tax exemption certificate to support@carnivalsource.com
  2. To place tax-exempt orders with us, you must create an account on our website. If you haven't already created an account, do so at this link: https://www.carnivalsource.com/account/register
  3. Email us at support@carnivalsource.com to let us know you've created an account and sent your tax exempt certificate.  Once we have your tax exempt certificate and can find your account, we will mark the account as tax exempt. We will then email you back and let you know that you can then place your tax-exempt order.

 

Please follow the above steps to place tax-exempt orders. Tax cannot be refunded on orders where these steps have not been followed.
