they are a little "weak" a harder plastic would hold up better.

We had children decorate these visors during VBS. They used puffy letter stickers, sport sticks, and permanent markers to personalize them. Cute and easy craft!

Does visor have foam in center of it
There is no foam in these visors. All plastic.
The colors on the picture are pink, blue, green, and orange. If this is a pack of 12, does it come in equal amounts of each color (3 of each)?
Yes, they do.
Will these fit adults as well?
Not unless the adult has a small head. The visor is intended for children and is only about 7 inches wide.
