First, the shipping from Carnival Source was lightning fast! The hat itself. It's felt and holds firm. The brim is somewhat moldable to curl it up if desired. The satin ribbon looks decent. The FIT of the hat is somewhat small. On my female head it looks fine, but on some of the teenage boys and adult men, it is a smaller fit. Kind of looks clown-like on them. BUT, if its just a costume, it's fine for the cost. I'll definitely look into buying future products from Carnival Source!
